RGR did an excellent job of cleaning our windows (exterior)! They were professional and seemed very conscientious about getting all the windows spot free! I also feel like the pricing was very reasonable given the number of windows and considering that one of our windows is about 17 ft high and over a porch!

Royal Glass Restoration is a very well run company. From the first "inquiring" contact through scheduling, through the delivery of the services and through invoicing, this company's contacts were and are responsive, professional and timely. Their prices are reasonable and the delivered value is superlative. This company cleaned our 22 newly installed hurricane windows and a 30 year old skylight and used different techniques specific to the window type. I hired this service 4 times in the last year. Over the 45 years of doing business with many service providers, my opinion is that RGR is a top performing service company - easily in the top 3%.

We have been using Royal Glass Restoration regularly since 2016 and we love it. In fact, we were so impressed with the company and its employees that we asked to enter into a yearly contract. Under this contract we get our house power washed twice yearly and windows and outside lanterns washed quarterly.

The employees are well trained, hard working, and diligent. Furthermore, the company is flexible. Recently, I needed help cleaning glass doors on a 10' high large, deep cabinet in my kitchen. Royal Glass gladly did them and simply added the extra cost to my bill. Oh, and the company's billing system is very easy and convenient: the bill comes via email and provides for paying via credit card instantly. It's very efficient.

In summary, I highly recommend Royal Glass Restoration. They are dependable, have a unique cleaning system using ionized water, and charge a fair price for their services.
